The number of measles cases in the UnitedStates has hit the highest level in more than 30 years.
As per the data released by the US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a total of 1,288 measles cases have been confirmed in the country in 2025 so far, making it the worst year since 1992.
About 13% of the cases have also seen hospitalisation.
