Reasi : 23 Sep 2023: The Indian Army in its continued all out efforts to enhance skill of youth of remote village has undertaken Information Technology Cadre at Mahore, Reasi District with effect from 22 Sep 2023 to 06 Oct 23. The capsule aims at imparting fundamental of computer skills to the enthusiastic youths so that it can bring economic independence and a channelized step by the Indian Army to empower the youths and reunite them with mainstream so that they contribute positively to the society. This project has benefited nearly 14 enthusiastic youths residing in and around Mahore.
The response shown by the youth was overwhelming and they took keen interest in acquiring Information Technology Cadre as a new skill. One of the confident participant said โthe Information Technology Cadre has come as a great boon for them to acquire fundamental knowledge of computersโ. Post the successful completion of capsule arrangements have been done by the Indian Army for providing, guidance and encouragement to the participants to begin their own venture. The Sarpanches appreciated the Indian Army’s effort to empower youth and requested for more skill development capsules in future.
