Akhnoor : 13 Nov 2025: Troops of Crossed Swords Division under aegis of White Knight Corps organised a Medical Camp at Kharah Higher Secondary School, extending healthcaresupport to the local population and nomadic Bakarwal community. The camp was conducted in coordination with the village sarpanch and the school principal.
An Army medical officer, along with a doctor from Kharah Government Hospital, provided free consultations and distributed essential medicines. A total of 154 civilians and 25 Bakarwals from Kharah, Thandi Chui, Sherd, Balli and nearby villages benefitted from the initiative.
The event reflects the Indian Army’s continued commitment towards the welfare of border area communities and fostering strong civil-military relations.
