*Jammu, 08.01.2025 In a drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators, Jammu Police has initiated strict action against the criminals involved in illegal mining & minting money out of the public resources. In a surprise operation which was carried out in last few days at different locations in Rural zone of District Jammu. BPP Sandwan detained one Dumper bearing No. JK08K/8007 found loaded with Illegal mining material without Form-A. BPP Gajansoo detained one Tipper bearing registration no. JK02DH-8449 found loaded with sand without Form A. PP Pounichak detained one tractor trolly bearing registration No.JK02CX/5356 loaded with sand involved in illegal mining. PP Sidhra detained one tractor bearing registration No.JK02DA/8055 loaded with Bajri without Form A. After detaining of these vehicles District Mining Officer was informed for necessary legal actions. *While giving the details SP RuralJammu,conveyed that Jammu Police is committed for protecting the public property and to eradicate the menace of illegal mining in the area.*
