Kathua; 11 December:- District Police Kathua under the overall supervision of *SSP Kathua Sh. Shivdeep Singh Jamwal JKPS* has started a special drive to arrest long pending absconders.
On 11/12/2023 Police team of Police Station Rajbagh arrested one absconder named 1. Khursheed Ahmed S/o Kalu Khan R/o Souf Kokernag District Anantnag.The Accused was absconding and evading arrest.Against whom warrant under Section 512 CrPC had been issued in case FIR No.167/2008 U/S 188/RPC, 3/PCA of PS Rajbagh.The authorities have been searching for the defendant since the issuance of the warrant.A team of Police Station Rajbagh headed by Insp. Tariq Ahmed SHO P/S Rajbagh assisted by SI Parshotam Singh under the guidance of SDPO Border Sh. Dheeraj Singh Katoch JKPS has made the arrest and later produced the absconder in the ld. Court of law.
