DODA POLICE APPREHENDED BOOTLEGR WITH ILLICIT LIQUOR FROM HIS POSSESSION.
Based on a specific information received through reliable source that one person namely Ram Singh s/o Bhola Ram R/o Bhagwa is selling illicit liquor near Bus stand Doda .Upon this, case FIR NO 78/2024 under relevant sections of Excise Act was registered in Police station Doda and from the personnel search of the said accused ,10 quarters of 250 ml and 07 bottles of 375 ml of jk special whisky was recovered from his possession.
Pertinent to mention here that Doda Police has continued its drive to tighten the noose of bootleggers,drug smugglers and appeals the general public to provide information/inputs if they noticed any drug smuggling, selling of illicit liquor in their neighbourhood for taking strict action against these black traders/criminals..
