DODA, July 1, 2025: Dr. Raj Kumar today formally assumed charge as the new District Health Officer (DHO) Doda in the presence of the staff of the Chief Medical Officer’s Office, Doda on 01-07-2025.
Upon his arrival, Dr. Raj Kumar was accorded a warm and cordial welcome by the staff, reflecting their enthusiasm and support for his new assignment. A brief interaction was also held with the staff, during which Dr. Raj Kumar emphasized the importance of teamwork, accountability, and strengthening healthcare delivery at the grassroots level.
Prior to this assignment, Dr. Raj Kumar served as the Block Medical Officer at Purmandal in District Samba, where he was recognized for his dedicated service and administrative acumen.
The health department staff in Doda expressed confidence that under his leadership, the district will continue to witness improvement in healthcare services and overall public health outcomes.
