“Electoral reforms an old JUMLA of PM Modi of 2014 should be the first law in
new Parliament.”
Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Rao, State Organization Building Committee & Manifesto drafting Committee Member AAP-
J&K-UT in press release issued here said that Electoral reforms an old JUMLA of Modi of 2014 should be the first law
in new Parliament, before one nation one election & instead of one Election, people want one Nation, one Education
(equal Education for all) & one Nation, one treatment, (rich or poor, equal treatment for all), where everyone rich & poor
will get equal education & treatment. Mr. Rao also wants to apprise the public not to vote the criminal’s background
candidates on religion or Party bases in the coming Panchayat, ULB, Assembly & Parliamentary elections & all the
Political Parties to void giving tickets for elections to the candidates with tainted images. The poor people of the
country cannot get any justice in this costly & lengthy judicial system without Judicial & Electoral reforms in Parliament
but not possible in this corrupt political system where 43% MPs’ of different Political Parties are of criminal background.
The poor people of the country want Electoral & Judicial reforms in new Parliament Building, in this special session of
Parliament, in this special session of Parliament.
Mr. Rao further said that recently, the Central Government has introduced a bill in the Rajya Sabha to Change a very
significant judgment of Supreme Courts’ five judge bench, had said that the high-powered committee of the Prime Minister, Chief
Justice of India & leader of opposition in Lok Sabha would be an interim arrangement to fill the gap and the Parliament must come
up with a law regarding the appointment to the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) & Election Commissioners (ECs), but the bill
seeks to replace the Chief Justice of India (CJI) with a cabinet Minister from a panel to select the CEC & ECs. This exposes the real
face of the BJP’s transparency in appointing the CEC & other Heads of Independent Constitutional Institutions & the fake JUMLA
BAAZI of BJP’s RAM RAJYA. The majority of the policies advocated by BJP at the centre are confederate and against the laws &
the Indian constitution. The laws pertaining to farmers, GST, Agni veer, NEP 2020, Trade & communication, Foreign Policy. It may
sound strange & funny that central government & its council of Ministers, who rule the roost, have no public mandate as more than
one dozen Ministers, holding most important and key portfolios, for example Finance, Foreign affairs, Commerce, Industry,
Consumer affairs, Education, Civil Aviation, Railways, Petroleum’s, Housing & Urban development, Labour & Employment etc are
being managed by the Ministers who are not elected to lok Sabha but have been selected in Rajya Sabha by the ruling
dispensation particularly PMO and thus as per ethics they are loyal and accountable to the PMO and not the masses. He said that
the victory of the opposition Parties in recent elections in Karnataka, UP & Punjab speaks volume of the anti-incumbency in India.
This corrupt dispensation needs to be ousted from the power.
Mr. Rao further said that If we boast of “One Nation -One Tax” we must have one Nation – one system of
Education, one Health care system, one Policing system and uniform system of public welfare system Planning,
Execution & monitoring should percolate down up to grass root level into the hands of public representatives duly
elected by public in a democratic manner. Panchayati Raj is worst sufferer due to amendments after amendments so
as to centralize the powers into the hands of Government overtly or covertly. He further said that the political corruption
is responsible of the militancy in erstwhile J&K state, un-employment & the present crises in the country in general &
J&K in particular. And this established corrupt & caste based political system is affecting to us all irrespective of caste,
creed or region or religion. It is threatening suitable economic development, ethical values & justice to all of us. Political
corruption is responsible of adulteration especially in food stuff and medicines & also of low-quality of Health &
Education care in government Hospitals & Schools & has made our society worse off and lowered the living standards
of most of their populations & also responsible of privatization of priority sectors like Health, Education, Electricity etc.
The political corruption only is creating hindrance in the fair investigations of all criminal cases by the honest police
officers & other investigating agencies & also creating hindrances in the economy of our country.
