Govt. College of Education celebrated the 77th Independence Day of India with fervor and enthusiasm, resonating the spirit of patriotism, unity, and progress. The day began with a dignified flag hoisting ceremony that saw the national flag unfurling. There after the college’s multifaceted celebrations such as National Anthem, Plantation Drive, Inauguration of Security Booth, Address by the worthy Principal Prof .Aekta Gupta,She shared their insights on the significance of Independence Day, the importance of education in shaping responsible citizens, and the role of youth in nation-building. Patriotic song by Ms. Anjali Sharma and Ms.Mansi Poem by Sukanya, medals for Teaching/ Non Teaching and outstanding students in various activities of the College brought together students, faculty and staff to honor the nation’s journey to freedom and to emphasize the values that bind us as a diverse and vibrant nation.The Program was attended by the teaching /Non Teaching staff of the college and the students. The program was anchored by Ms.Anjali Sharma and Ms. Subharti.The Program ended by the formal vote of Thanks by Prof. Rubina Yasmeen.
