Khour, 24th January: Indian Army located at Battal organised awareness health camp regarding knowledge of basic vital parameters of healthy person, Snake Bite precautions and distributed ‘Health Pamphlets’ at Battal and nearby villages on 25 Apr 2023. The event was in line with the theme ‘Sehat Se Barkat’. The aim of the event was to generate awareness amongst local populace about the importance of being healthy in day to day life and describing the common diseases affecting humans, it’s countermeasures and Do’s and Don’ts for Snake Bite.
The pamphlets mainly elucidate about normal biological conditions in human, life style diseases, Stress & Depression. The pamphlets demonstrated some of the physical exercises to imbibe them in their daily routine to remain healthy. The event was successful in conveying the message of importance of knowing your body to maintain good health. The event was well received by locals and they thanked Indian Army and civil administration for organising the event.
