Poonch : 31 Mar 2023 : The remote villages of Poonch district is observing a strong wave of Anti Durg Campaign. The Slogan of Nasha Mukt Bharat is overpowering the nefarious intention of our neighboring nation to push / smuggle drugs in our country. Today the school children of Kasba and Bandi Chechiyan villages undertook the responsibility of creating awareness among civil population by conducting an awareness rally and public speech. The children were assisted by school administration and staffs.
The first step in preventing drug abuse is education. It is important to educate children and youths about the risks associated with drug abuse and to promote healthy lifestyles that do not involve drug use. The children also promoted drug free environment in schools and communities. The scene of motivated students moving with placards in their hands and sloganeering against Drugs indicates a paradigm shift.
The future of nation seems glittering. The speech of Principal Modern Public Academy and Miss Amrin Naaz (Class 7th student) is a clear message to our youth and future generation. The initiative by local children against, drug is also indicating rejuvenating society.
