Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla arrives in Dhaka to represent India at the oath-taking ceremony of the new government.
He was received by Dr. Md Nazrul Islam, Secretary (Bilateral) of Bangaldesh Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Riaz Hamidullah, Bangladesh High Commissioner to India.
