As part of a month long campaign on Drug Awareness, a series of lectures were organised by Shaheed Maj Rohit Sharma NGO at Govt Middle School, Baila of Mandi Tehsil in Poonch (J&K).
The event aimed at educating the community about the dangers of drug abuse and prominent personalities of the area delivered talks on the issue. Speakers raised their concern about the growing drug menace and its ill effect on the youth. A rally also followed the event. The event drew a positive response and saw enthusiastic participation by the local populace and all sections of the society.
