Rajouri : 12 Apr 2024: The Kargil war has become an unforgettable event in the history of India. The Kargil War ensured a feeling of Nationalism, Patriotism and Unity amongest every Indian. A motivational movie on Kargil war was screened by Indian Army at Govt Primary School, Chapta, Rajouri. (To remember the glorious history of our people, culture, achievements and also create awareness amongst the students on Kargil War Heroes, who fought against the enemy in Kargil War in 1999) The attendees were enlightened on the bravery and sacrifices made by the soldiers of Indian Army, who fought in harsh terrain and unfavorable weather conditions of Kargil.

The celebration started with ‘Unfurling of the National Flag’ followed by singing of ‘Rashtra Gaan’ to lead the message of unity, integrity, brotherhood and patriotism amongst all. Interaction was carried out with the residents, which included encouraging children to pursue their aim in their respective fields & contribute towards environment, society and the country as a responsible citizen. The celebration was overflowing with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm and Indian Army once again extended a great gesture towards consolidation of ‘Nationalism and Unity’.
