Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has expressed his gratitude towards India for its support in sending fuel to the country amid the West Asia crisis, following the arrival of a major petroleum shipment in Colombo.
In a social media post, President Dissanayake said he had recently spoken with Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the fuel shortages being faced by Sri Lanka due to the ongoing conflict.
