Tianjin Declaration of SCO Council of Heads of States has been signed and adopted.

The SCO declaration signed by all members strongly condemns the Pahalgam attack in J&K, expressing their deepest sympathy and condolences to the families of the dead and the wounded; the Tianjin declaration also calls for end to “cross-border movement” of terrorists, stating that perpetrators, organisers and sponsors of such attacks must be brought to justice.
