Padma Shri awardee and sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created a special sand sculpture at Puri Beach to mark PM Narendra Modi completing 25 years of public service.
The sculpture carries the messages: “The Spirit of Service: Modi Ji’s Vision for Viksit Bharat” and “25 Years of Public Service.”
