A civil car plying between Bhimber gali to Mendhar, collided head on with the truck on NH 144, mile stone 185, near Bhimber Gali, Rajouri (J&K). On learning about the accident, Indian Army swung into action and evacuated the injured passengers. The injured passengers were administered First Aid by the troops and were immediately evacuated to Mendhar Hospital for further treatment. The passengers and the local villagers conveyed their gratitude to the men in uniform for saving the precious life by timely assistance.
