In a major crackdown on narcotics trafficking, Assam Rifles, in coordination with Customs officials, seized 340 kg of cannabis worth approximately ₹1.74 crore in Tripura’s Khowai district. The vehicle used to transport the contraband was also seized. The recovered narcotics and vehicle were handed over to Customs authorities for further investigation and legal proceedings.
